How We Do It

We will ship using the most cost effective method while utilizing best practices for packaging. If there was a damage to a package that resulted in damage to the product, please take pictures of the packaging material and product and contacts us immediately.

How It Works

Archery is a highly varying sport with many types of customization. We have a number of different policies surrounding the many different categories. Please review the differing policies below and contact us if you have questions.

Return With a receipt:

If you purchased merchandise from C&K Archery and have a receipt, C&K Archery will give you a refund of the purchase price or an exchange of the merchandise.

Return Without a receipt:

If you purchased merchandise from C&K Archery and do not have a receipt, we will give you a merchandise credit equal to the current price of the merchandise in the store, or an exchange of the merchandise.

Returns to a store without a receipt require identification:

C&K Archery requires valid government identification for all returns without a receipt.

Returned merchandise must be resalable:

Except if there is a product defect or other performance issue, returned merchandise must be resalable (no material or visible wear or usage), in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

Bows & Cross-Bows:

Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons. All bow and crossbow sales are final, and C&K Archery cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Clearance or Close Out Items:

All sales of Discounted Clearance Items are final, and C&K Archery cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Custom Merchandise:

Special or personalized orders, close-outs, specials, cut arrows/shafts, etc. may not be returned under any circumstance other than to replace an item due to defective product.

C&K Archery issues refunds based on the original payment tender:

All refunds issued by C&K Archery for returned merchandise will match the original payment tender. Customers will receive cash refunds for cash purchases (Any cash refund of a $100 or more may be paid by check and mailed from our general office).

Gift Cards:

Customers cannot redeem C&K Archery gift cards for cash, and lost, stolen, or altered cards cannot be replaced.

Archery has many different types of products from many different manufacturers. We stand behind the products that we sell and service. Each manufacturer has their own warranty program and if their is warranty issue, we are more than happy to help work through each manufacturer's warranty program. If there is a warranty issue, please reach out to us to help find the best solution to that issue.
