We offer a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
● Unused and unworn
● In the same condition as received
● With original tags (if applicable)
● In original packaging
● Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. A return shipping label may be issued where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

● Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
● Custom or personalized products

● Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
